Jerome responded to a request from the office of the Samoan government in Belgium to tour with the Samoan Rugby Rep Team and a Samoan dance theatre group to Europe. Fe’sago G. Fepulea’ióthe ambassador, his secretary Leulupoao A. Maiai, and Jerome met one morning, to discuss a name for the rugby squad. For the record, Leulupoao A. Maiai won the discussion. The national team was named Manu Samoa, and the rest was history.

Jerome toured with the album “Pelega O Samoa” which sold at performances all over Europe.
